Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be young Africans who demonstrate a strong academic background and a clear interest in governance, public policy, international relations, law, economics, or related fields. Candidates are expected to have relevant qualifications and, in some cases, professional or research experience that aligns with the objectives of the programme.

In addition, applicants should show a commitment to advancing good governance, transparency, and accountability within their communities or countries. Strong analytical, communication, and research skills are essential, as selected individuals will actively contribute to technical work and policy-related assignments. Fluency in at least one of the African Union’s working languages may also be required, depending on the specific role.
