Selected fellows receive a comprehensive leadership development package over a 12-month period. Each fellow is paired with a professional executive coach and an experienced C-suite business mentor who provide personalized guidance and support. Fellows also complete a proprietary 360-degree leadership assessment that helps identify strengths, growth opportunities, and leadership development priorities.

In addition, fellows receive a $10,000 grant dedicated exclusively to leadership development, which can be used for activities and resources that strengthen their effectiveness as leaders. Participants gain access to a global network of social entrepreneurs, industry experts, mentors, and alumni. The fellowship also includes participation in an in-person Global Good Fund Summit, a multi-day leadership experience focused on training, collaboration, and networking with peers from around the world.

Applicants must be serving as the primary decision-maker within their organization, such as a Founder, Co-Founder, CEO, Executive Director, or another C-suite executive. Candidates must be working full-time in their leadership role and demonstrate a strong commitment to growing their enterprise. The organization they lead must have been operating for at least two years and employ a minimum of two full-time paid staff members. The enterprise may be for-profit, non-profit, or hybrid in structure, but it must be mission-driven and focused on generating positive social impact rather than solely maximizing profit. The fellowship particularly seeks leaders who demonstrate coachability, a growth mindset, and a willingness to engage deeply in personal leadership development.

Organizations working in areas such as financial inclusion, environment, education, economic mobility, and health are especially encouraged to apply. However, leaders working in other sectors may also be considered if they demonstrate significant potential for social impact and systemic change. The organization should have a viable business model and clear potential for long-term growth and scalability.

The fellowship is open to applicants from all countries worldwide. Social entrepreneurs and leaders from any nationality are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the program’s eligibility requirements.
