Additionally, the African Leadership College, Giants of Africa, UN Women, African Society of Cambridge University (ASCU), University of Pretoria, University of Lagos, Oxford Africa Society, University of Ibadan, EI Skills Group, Storywork International, Gallup, Imperial College Business School, University College London, Sterling Bank, Women at Risk International Foundation (WARIF), and Femme Minty, to mention a few, have all supported previous cohorts of the programme. The Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) is an official partner for the BMGA Fellows Programme.

After being chosen, participants undergo a rigorous six-month programme that supports transformative learning with the use of contemporary technology tools and resources.
