Applications are open for the 2026 Climate MEL Systems Academy, an advanced international learning programme designed for experienced monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) professionals working on climate and systems transformation.
The academy is organized by IPDET in collaboration with leading global institutions focused on climate action, evaluation, and learning systems.
The week-long programme will take place from 13–17 July 2026 at the University of Bern and will bring together practitioners, evaluators, and policy professionals from different regions to explore how evaluation and learning systems can better support climate transitions and complex change processes.
About the Climate MEL Systems Academy
The academy is designed for mid- to senior-level professionals interested in strengthening their understanding of climate-responsive monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems through systems thinking and complexity-aware approaches.
Participants will engage in:
- Interactive learning sessions on climate-focused MEL systems
- Peer learning and collaborative discussions
- Strategic convenings and networking opportunities

- Module 1 only: CHF 1850

Participants registering for both modules together may receive a fee reduction.
