The Aspire Leaders Program for 2024 is currently accepting applications with a deadline of December 2, 2023. This program is designed to welcome low-income, first-generation college students and recent graduates from around the world. It offers a free online leadership journey, including professional skills training, an exclusive course developed by Harvard faculty, and interactive seminars conducted by top educators. After completing the program, alumni receive support from the Aspire Institute to continue their leadership development through resources, workshops, and a global network. The program is entirely free, and there are no associated costs for applying or participating.

The Aspire Leader Program Journey includes three modules:
Module I focuses on personal and professional development, including leadership skills assessment, professional development resources co-created with Harvard Business School, live interactions with peers.
Module II is the Aspire Leadership Course, a six-session leadership development course designed and delivered by Harvard University faculty, covering various aspects of leadership and community challenges.
Module III involves immersive learning with master classes led by educators from universities worldwide, offering asynchronous and synchronous learning with peers and mentors.

Eligibility criteria for this program include being 18-26 years old, a first-generation college student, coming from a low-income background, currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or recently graduated (not enrolled in graduate school), and having intermediate-level English proficiency.

The application deadline is December 2, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. EST (Boston, USA), and Cohort 1 of the program is scheduled to run from January to March 2024.
