The One Field Inclusive Travel Award ($2000) will be granted to a student (undergraduate, master's, doctoral, or postdoc) to assist with attending a scientific conference, training, or workshop scheduled for the Summer 2025.

As a condition of receiving the award, recipients must submit a photograph and a brief write-up (500-2000 words) detailing how the award was used, to be featured on the webpage. Awardees should also expect additional requirements from the sponsors and may be invited to present during a future #FieldInclusiveWeek.

In alignment with the mission of Field Inclusive, we strongly encourage applications from individuals with marginalized and historically excluded identities.

How to Apply:

• Applicants must be current Field Inclusive members. If not already a member, please join before applying.
• Complete the Google Form with all required information. Applicants will need to upload a one-page essay outlining how the award will support them, including financial need, and provide a DEI statement.
• If selected, you will need to submit a .pdf of your accepted conference/workshop abstract or the acceptance email.
• Note: Travel must occur between May 1st and September 1st.

Applicants are only eligible for one Field Inclusive Travel Award in their lifetime and cannot combine it with travel funding from other organizations.
