At the Re-Earth Initiative, it is believed that young people have the power to shape the future. By redistributing knowledge and resources, promoting regenerative practices, and fostering leadership, the organization supports communities worldwide in championing intersectional and collaborative climate solutions.
Through RE!Granting, the initiative empowers youth and communities with the resources needed to turn their innovative ideas into impactful, climate-positive actions for the planet.
How it works: Call for Applications: Once a year, the initiative opens applications to individuals, nonprofits, and community-based organizations globally.
Proposal Submission: Applicants submit project proposals that align with the initiative's focus areas—climate action, ecosystem restoration, and environmental justice—via an online submission portal.
Review Process: The applications undergo a rigorous evaluation process, assessing relevance, impact, feasibility, innovation, and inclusivity.
Funding Allocation: Selected projects receive grants ranging from $5,000 to $15,000, depending on the project’s scope and potential impact.
Implementation Support: Grantees receive continuous guidance, capacity-building opportunities, and networking to enhance the success of their projects.
