Internship Details:

- Duration: September 1, 2024 - February 28, 2025
- Location: Arusha
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on developing and delivering digital skills training programs
- Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and events
- Conduct research and gather insights on digital skills and innovation
- Contribute to report writing and project documentation
- Participate in field visits and support monitoring and evaluation activities
- Provide administrative support to the project team as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

- Currently enrolled in a university degree program (business, policy, IT, education, or related field)
- Passionate about digital skills development, innovation, and entrepreneurship
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Prior experience or knowledge in digital skills training is a plus

Additional Strengths:

- Intercultural competence and experience working in international contexts
- Excellent communication, cooperation, and strategic thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to express yourself effectively in writing and speaking in English (knowledge of German is an asset)
- Strong team player with excellent organizational skills and ability to quickly grasp new concepts
