- Strategy Development: The Sub-Regional Head will lead the development of GCF’s investment strategy for the sub-region, ensuring alignment with the Fund’s objectives and policies.

Expertise: Candidates must have extensive experience in project origination, financial structuring, and portfolio management, with a deep understanding of climate finance.
Leadership: The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage culturally diverse teams and deliver measurable impact in a complex environment.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in a relevant language (Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, or Portuguese) for the designated sub-region.
