As a specialised United Nations agency, UNIDO works with its 173 Member States to promote inclusive and sustainable industrialisation, strengthen innovation, support renewable energy and energy efficiency, and develop sustainable supply chains. Its work contributes directly to Sustainable Development Goal 9 while supporting progress across the wider SDG framework.
