Position Overview

Role: Project & Development Associate

The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership, contributing to organizational strategy, project coordination, and international fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Partnerships

• Support development and implementation of fundraising strategies
• Contribute to proposal writing for international donors, foundations, and government partners
• Conduct research on funding opportunities and partnership prospects
• Coordinate grant submissions and internal review processes
• Assist in preparing high-level meetings and stakeholder engagements

Project Management & Operations

• Assist in coordinating global programs, scholarships, and mentorship initiatives
• Support organization of international events and dialogues
• Monitor project deliverables and evaluate program outcomes
• Draft communication materials including briefs, reports, and digital content
