The organization is recruiting a Project & Development Associate to support global initiatives advancing sustainable development, youth leadership, and climate action.

Position Overview
Role: Project & Development Associate
Contract: 12-month fixed term (with possibility of extension)
Location: Vienna, Austria
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Starting Date: As soon as possible
The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership, contributing to organizational strategy, project coordination, and international fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Partnerships
- Support development and implementation of fundraising strategies
- Contribute to proposal writing for international donors, foundations, and government partners
- Conduct research on funding opportunities and partnership prospects
- Coordinate grant submissions and internal review processes
- Assist in preparing high-level meetings and stakeholder engagements
Project Management & Operations
- Assist in coordinating global programs, scholarships, and mentorship initiatives
- Support organization of international events and dialogues
- Monitor project deliverables and evaluate program outcomes
- Draft communication materials including briefs, reports, and digital content

- Approximate annual gross salary: €34,913
- Salary currently exempt from Austrian income tax due to organizational status
