Role Overview

The Executive Director, People & Culture will play a strategic leadership role within the organisation. The individual will be responsible for guiding human resource strategy, fostering inclusive workplace practices, and supporting organisational transformation in a multi-country, multicultural working environment.

The position involves leading initiatives that enhance organisational culture, strengthen employee engagement, and support the foundation’s distributed workforce across several international offices.
