Vision Group is inviting applications from creative and talented professionals for the position of Graphics Creative Editor based at TV West in Mbarara. The successful candidate will report to the Station Manager – TV West and will play a key role in producing engaging visual content for television programming, news, digital platforms, and commercial productions.

The Graphics Creative Editor will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing graphics for TV West programmes, news content, commercial advertisements, and sales demonstrations. Other responsibilities include developing production scripts for commercials and in-house promotions, creating programme graphics and logos, producing storyboards where required, designing artworks for TV West’s digital platforms, and ensuring all creative work aligns with the station’s branding and production standards.

Applicants should possess a Certificate or Diploma in Multimedia or a Degree in Industrial Art, with at least three years of proven professional experience in graphic design or multimedia production. Candidates should have strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, as well as Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of at least one 3D software package such as Autodesk Maya, 3DS Max, or Maxon Cinema 4D will be an added advantage. Applicants should also have a solid understanding of colour theory, design principles, and visual communication.
