Applications are open for the UNDP Future of Work Academy 2025 Green & Digital Transitions | Virtual Learning Journey.

The future of work is changing—and youth must be at the center of it. By 2030, the global shift toward a low-carbon economy is expected to create 100 million new green jobs, demanding skills that bridge technology, sustainability, and innovation. Yet many young people across Eurasia remain underprepared to seize these opportunities.

To help close this gap, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)  launched the Future of Work Academy 2025—a dynamic 6-week virtual learning journey designed to equip youth with the knowledge, skills, and networks to thrive in the twin green and digital transitions.

6. Mindset & Systems Thinking for Future Leadership

This Academy is more than a training—it’s a launchpad for the next generation of leaders in climate, tech, and sustainable development.
