The internship will run for 24 weeks, from 2 November 2026 to 16 April 2027, providing participants with hands-on exposure to operational management, ICT support, knowledge management, and digital transformation initiatives in an international working environment.

Internship Responsibilities
Interns will contribute to a variety of operational activities, including:
- Supporting hybrid, virtual, and in-person meetings and events.
- Managing SharePoint sites, digital repositories, and operational records.
- Assisting with IT and audiovisual documentation and service processes.
- Supporting ICT asset management, including laptops and mobile devices.
- Contributing to AI-enabled workplace initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Preparing operational reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Assisting the Operations and Programme Management Team with administrative and coordination tasks.

- Monthly living allowance of up to EUR 1,488 for interns residing outside Berlin.
- Monthly living allowance of up to EUR 684 for interns whose permanent residence is in Berlin.

- Be enrolled at a recognized university or have graduated within the last 18 months.
- Have completed at least three years of full-time university studies before the internship begins.

- Demonstrate excellent English language proficiency.
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Possess strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of German is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
