The Migration Youth & Children Platform (MYCP) has opened applications for a Global Coordinator, inviting experienced professionals to lead the organisation into its next phase of global advocacy and youth engagement.
Following an internal transformation process and organisational restructuring, MYCP is strengthening its commitment to ensuring that the voices of children and young migrants remain central within international migration policymaking spaces. The newly appointed Global Coordinator will guide strategic operations, strengthen partnerships, and oversee the work of the MYCP Secretariat at a global level.
This remote, full-time leadership role is open to applicants worldwide.
About the Organisation
MYCP operates as a self-organised international platform that enables children and young people — particularly those on the move — to meaningfully participate in intergovernmental policy processes connected to migration and youth rights.
Since its establishment in 2018, the platform has collaborated closely with United Nations partners and global stakeholders to elevate youth participation in key migration dialogues, including contributions linked to the Global Compact for Migration and the Global Forum on Migration and Development.
Through consultations, advocacy initiatives, and partnerships, MYCP continues to support inclusive migration governance shaped by youth leadership.
