About the Role

The Fractional Grants Manager will play a key role in expanding RIVET's philanthropic partnerships by identifying potential funders, preparing compelling funding materials, and ensuring high-quality grant reporting. The position focuses on strategic fundraising and concept development, particularly for family foundations supporting youth-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Conduct research to identify prospective foundation partners.
• Develop tailored outreach strategies and draft letters of inquiry.
• Prepare concept notes, grant proposals, and funding materials.
• Translate programme data and impact into persuasive funding opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop thematic and regional investment strategies.
• Track reporting deadlines and prepare grant reports.
• Coordinate with finance and impact teams to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
• Maintain and update fundraising records within the organization's CRM system.
