RIVET is inviting applications for the role of Youth Engagement Coordinator, a unique opportunity to help shape and strengthen a global network of young changemakers. RIVET is scaling a new kind of social movement — combining a consumer brand that harnesses the passions of Gen Z, a philanthropic arm funding thousands of youth-led projects, and a storytelling platform that highlights impactful youth leadership. The person in this role will join a small, dedicated team driven by purpose and collaboration, reporting directly to the Chief Impact Officer while working closely with the Director of Donor Engagement.

The responsibilities include building and sustaining relationships within RIVET’s youth ecosystem, ranging from grantees to community members on digital platforms. They will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating moments such as pitch feedback sessions, brainstorming forums, and online gatherings that bring youth leaders together. These interactions go beyond simple events — they are touchpoints designed to make young people feel supported, valued, and part of a broader movement.

Another key aspect of the role will be supporting RIVET’s youth leadership bodies, ensuring members of the Assembly and the Leadership Council are fully engaged in shaping strategy and co-creating meaningful initiatives. The coordinator will act as a bridge between these groups and the wider organization, ensuring their insights influence programs and decisions. A strong focus will also be placed on RIVET’s digital community, particularly Discord, which serves as the main hub for connection and collaboration. The coordinator will be expected to nurture this space, keeping it active, welcoming, and reflective of the creativity and diversity of the young people involved.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a natural talent for convening and facilitating, both in-person and online. They should bring cultural fluency, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills, capable of fostering trust across diverse, intergenerational networks. The role suits someone comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced change, who can design and implement systems while maintaining focus on impact.
