Opportunity for Youth from Asia, the Caribbean, Latin America, and Africa to become a Regional Coordinators on a Global Team Addressing Health and Climate Change at Healthy and Environment-friendly Youth (HEY).

The Healthy and Environment-friendly Youth (HEY) Campaign, initiated by the Ashley Lashley Foundation, brought together young activists from around the world to take collective action on climate change and health issues. Developed in partnership with UNICEF, the campaign aims to connect youth in the Caribbean with young people globally.

VISION
The goal is to inspire a generation of young individuals dedicated to adopting lifestyles that are both healthy and environmentally sustainable.

The HEY Campaign focuses on creating a movement that unites youth and children across diverse backgrounds, encouraging them to advocate for and promote these shared values.

Launched in April 2020 by a group of youth from the Caribbean, the HEY Campaign calls for a new global initiative to place children and youth at the heart of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and to transform the approach to child health in the face of climate change.

The HEY Campaign has actively engaged numerous young individuals and organizations in efforts to address climate change and its effects on both physical and mental health.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit youth ambassadors within your region.
  • Lead climate and health-related projects and initiatives.
  • Organize forums and run media campaigns.
  • Advocate for sustainable living and observe global UN Days.
