Climate Justice Squad Fellowship is year-long initiative is designed to empower young climate leaders by expanding their reach and encouraging transnational collaboration. Participants will benefit from continuous mentorship, training opportunities, and regular engagements that strengthen connections between movements and individuals. Fellows will also receive a monthly stipend to support their work.
The program operates bilingually, offering all materials and resources in both English and Spanish.
A key objective of the fellowship is to foster collective action, enabling fellows and their networks to jointly design and implement impactful campaigns, especially in preparation for the upcoming COP 31 summit.

Additional Information
The fellowship is open to individuals aged 18 to 30 in 2025 who are actively engaged in climate advocacy, organizing, or activism through a grassroots group, social movement, or organization. Priority consideration will be given to those involved in energy-related efforts, such as opposing fossil fuel development, resisting extractive industries, supporting unionized labor in the energy sector, advancing energy justice, or promoting equitable access to energy resources.
Applicants must be affiliated with a recognized group or movement and will need to provide details and contact information for verification. Special emphasis will be placed on candidates from Latin America, the Caribbean, the Pacific region, and historically marginalized communities—particularly Indigenous and racialized youth.
