Applications are now open for the 2025 WomenLift Health Africa Signature Leadership Journey Program. This transformative development experience is designed for mid-to-senior career women from various disciplines and sectors in health, equipping them to tackle the complex challenges in global public health today.
During this fully-funded 12-month program, participants will have a safe space to explore authentic leadership through reflection and vulnerability, supported by an inclusive network that fosters belonging. WomenLift Health also offers tools and strategies to enhance participants' voice, presence, and influence, with guidance from a strong group of peers, mentors, and coaches throughout the journey.
The curriculum provides women leaders in public and global health with contextualised tools and frameworks to solve the societal, organisational, and personal issues they encounter.
Along with virtual learning touchpoints, virtual group mentoring, virtual one-on-one coaching sessions, and—most importantly—a self-directed leadership project, participants participate in two in-person experiential learning residencies (Immersion and Lift-Off). They receive support from their Leadership Journey community as well as professionals in the health sector throughout all of this.
Don't miss out on the application deadline which is October 14th, 2024
