The Amazon Leadership Initiative (TheALI) is a youth- and women-led nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls, promoting inclusive leadership, and providing mentorship, career guidance, education, and capacity building to reduce gender inequality.

This aligns with Aspiration 6 of the African Union Agenda 2063 and Goal 5 of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030.

The 2024 Leadership Forum (TheALILF2024) celebrates the International Day of the Girl Child and invites young African women aged 14 to 29 to engage and learn from influential female leaders across Africa and the diaspora.

Format: Hybrid (Nairobi, Kenya and Zoom)

The theme, "Black Girl, Your Dreams Are Valid," will explore three core areas:
- Civic Leadership and Management
- Public Leadership and Management
- Business Leadership and Management

Participants will have the chance to enhance their personal, academic, and professional skills, while networking with accomplished African women from various fields.
