FULLY FUNDED TO USA: Apply for the Yale University’s Maurice R. Greenberg World fellows Programme 2025

The Maurice R. Greenberg World Fellows Program, hosted by Yale's Jackson School of Global Affairs through the International Leadership Center, offers a full-time, four-month residential experience from mid-August to mid-December each year. This initiative allows World Fellows to enhance their perspectives, learn from one another, and achieve both personal and professional growth. Throughout their time at Yale, Fellows engage with the intellectual community by giving talks, participating in panels, collaborating with peers, auditing courses, and mentoring students. Each year, a diverse group of accomplished individuals is chosen to spend four months in residence, where they exchange knowledge, hone their skills, and broaden their networks.

World Fellows are individuals marked by strong character, integrity, and boundless energy. They are dynamic, innovative, and often disruptive thinkers who demonstrate leadership and the ability to inspire and serve others. Having made a significant impact in their regions, nations, or globally, they are in the ascent of their careers and eager to further develop their potential.

Applicants to the program should have between five to twenty-five years of professional experience, with notable achievements at regional, national, or international levels. While there is no specific age limit, the average World Fellow is 39 years old.

Fluency in English is required for participation in this program, and Fellows are expected to remain at Yale in New Haven for the full duration of the program.

Selected Fellows benefit from several provisions, including a stipend to cover living expenses in New Haven, a furnished one or two-bedroom apartment, medical insurance, and round-trip airfare from their home country.

The program also includes weekly seminars where Fellows present their professional work and vision for improving society. They host distinguished speakers to explore important global issues, broadening their knowledge and perspectives. Additionally, the program focuses on personal development through individual and group coaching, skills training, and access to Yale’s vast course offerings, enabling Fellows to work on personal or collaborative projects.

World Fellows frequently participate in public events across Yale, sharing their expertise with students and faculty. They also mentor Yale students, who act as liaisons and help Fellows navigate campus life while organizing events. Finally, the program offers exceptional networking opportunities, connecting Fellows with Yale's extensive community and other World Fellows globally, allowing them to forge valuable connections over shared interests.
