Program Overview

Fellow Commitments
Selected fellows are expected to:
- Fully engage in scheduled sessions including mentorship, workshops, and group discussions
- Work collaboratively with peers and assigned mentors
- Design and implement a capstone initiative that addresses a community issue
- Submit updates throughout the project lifecycle and a final report upon completion
- Represent the Reach for Gold Initiative with professionalism and purpose
- Agree to the sharing of project highlights and impact stories for outreach and reporting

Demonstrate dedication to social impact and civic engagement
Have prior experience in leadership, volunteerism, or activism

Be prepared to launch and manage a local impact project during the fellowship
