FULLY FUNDED TO UK: Apply for the Commonwealth Masters Scholarships 2026/2027 to study in the United Kingdom

Applications are open for the Commonwealth Master’s Scholarships 2026–2027, which provide talented students from eligible Commonwealth countries with the chance to pursue a fully funded Master’s degree in the United Kingdom. These scholarships are designed for individuals who would otherwise be unable to afford studying in the UK and aim to equip scholars with advanced knowledge and skills to contribute to sustainable development back home. Successful candidates will begin their studies in September/October 2026.

This programme covers full tuition fees, return airfare, and a monthly living stipend of £1,452 (or £1,781 for students studying in London). In addition, recipients will receive a warm clothing allowance, study travel grant, and support for dependents where applicable, including child allowance. Scholars with disabilities will also be eligible for tailored support to help them successfully complete their degree.

Applicants must be citizens or refugees from eligible Commonwealth countries or be British Protected Persons. They must be permanently resident in a Commonwealth country and be available to start their studies in September 2026. Candidates are required to hold at least an upper second-class (2:1) honours degree or a lower second-class (2:2) degree plus a relevant postgraduate qualification. Importantly, applicants must demonstrate that they cannot afford to study in the UK without financial assistance.
