Leaders Of Tomorrow (LOT) is an online exchange programme for international youths between the ages of 14 and 17 (Teenager's Application) and 18 and 24 (Young Adults). The program's main focus for 2024 is (Peace).

The curriculum will include dialogue sessions, video chats, and online workshops. In order for young people to become leaders and peace ambassadors, it is intended to develop their consciousness, improve their capacity for critical thought and problem-solving, and promote cooperation and understanding among people.

By encouraging participants to step outside of their comfort zones, the programme seeks to improve young understanding of other cultures, customs, languages, and dispute resolution strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

Have proficient English speaking, writing, and listening skills.Serve as young adults (18–24) or teenagers (14–17)Any nationality is welcome to apply.a constant internet connection during the working week.may dedicate four to five hours per week to the programme.An applicant is not allowed to apply if they have already taken part in an exchange programme or if they intend to do so in the summer of 2024.
