The Swedish Dialogue Institute for the Middle East and North Africa has launched the Mutual Mentorship Program (MMP)—a transformative initiative designed to bring together individuals from Europe and the MENA region. This program fosters meaningful cross-regional and intergenerational connections, providing a platform for mentorship, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. Participants will engage in a dynamic experience centered on Peace and Security, Sustainable Development, and Inclusive Participation, gaining fresh perspectives while developing valuable professional skills.
Why Join the Mutual Mentorship Program?
This program goes beyond traditional mentorship—it’s a two-way learning experience where both mentors and mentees benefit equally. Participants will have the opportunity to:
•Gain New Perspectives – Connect with professionals from diverse backgrounds, industries, and generations, expanding your worldview and understanding of global challenges.
•Develop Leadership & Communication Skills – Strengthen your ability to engage in cross-cultural dialogue, enhance interpersonal skills, and refine your leadership potential.
•Build a Global Network – Form meaningful relationships across borders, opening doors to future collaborations and professional opportunities.
•Tackle Real-World Challenges – Work together with your mentorship partner to develop solutions for pressing global issues, exchanging insights from different regions.
