The United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) Youth Nigeria is inviting young changemakers from across the country to share their innovations, initiatives, and solutions for the 2025 Nigerian Youth Solutions Report. This annual publication celebrates the creativity, resilience, and impact of young Nigerians who are addressing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in transformative ways.

Now in its latest edition, the report serves as a national platform for showcasing youth-led projects that are changing lives and reshaping communities across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones. From grassroots initiatives to social enterprises, it highlights scalable solutions tackling challenges in education, health, the environment, gender equality, agriculture, climate change, economic empowerment, and more. By shining a spotlight on these efforts, the report inspires policymakers, development organizations, donors, and the private sector to recognize and support the powerful role of young people in driving sustainable development.

The call is open to Nigerians aged 18–35 who are leading or co-leading solutions aligned with one or more of the 17 SDGs. Whether you are an individual innovator, part of a youth group, student-led organization, NGO, or social enterprise—whether your project is still in its pilot stage, experiencing growth, or already scaled up—this is your chance to gain national and international visibility. Projects from both rural and urban settings are welcome, and participants are encouraged to share their stories of impact, innovation, and determination.

Submissions should include a concise description of the solution or initiative, the specific SDG it aligns with, and the results achieved so far—whether qualitative or quantitative. Applicants can also include photos, links, and supporting documents to strengthen their entry, alongside details of the project lead or organization.

The deadline for submissions is 22 August 2025.
