For over 25 years, Christel House has delivered high-quality, free education to more than 20,000 students through nine schools in five countries. Now, the organization is at a key moment of growth, expanding its transformative model to new regions.
The Global Pathbuilders Fellowship is a two-year, fully funded program aimed at identifying visionary leaders in Ghana, Kenya, Colombia, Peru, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
Selected candidates from two of these countries will receive the fellowship, granting them the time, resources, and strategic and financial support to launch new Christel House schools.
Fellows will eventually transition to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Christel House in their respective country.
In this role, they will manage all aspects of the school, including fundraising, board relations, external partnerships, and growth, while hiring a principal to oversee the academic program.

Additional Information
Each country has a different pay. It has been adjusted for the cost of living in the area and is in line with the highest remuneration guidelines for worldwide nonprofit organisations.

Full benefits are provided to fellows, which include health insurance, travel reimbursements, and reimbursements for work-related expenses.
Applicants should have over 10 years of professional experience, with at least five years in a leadership role, either in the social impact sector or the private sector.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, with a proven ability to fundraise and lead projects or organizations. A strong belief in the potential of all children and a commitment to educational excellence are essential, along with the ability to adapt and innovate in diverse cultural contexts.
Candidates must be citizens, permanent residents, or have strong connections to one of the following target countries: Ghana, Kenya, Peru, Colombia, Nepal, or Bangladesh.
