Program Benefits
The Beit Trust Scholarships are fully funded and provide comprehensive support throughout the study period. This includes coverage of full tuition and academic fees, as well as a living allowance to help with accommodation and daily needs. In addition, the scholarship funds essential costs such as visa fees, health surcharges, tuberculosis tests, and biometric enrolment. Allowances for arrival, departure, and a laptop are provided to ensure scholars are fully equipped. Return economy-class flights at the beginning and end of the studies are also covered.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must be citizens and permanent residents of one of the eligible countries and must plan to return home after completing their studies. Candidates should not already have started the postgraduate course they are applying for. Academic merit is a key selection factor, with preference given to applicants holding an upper second class degree or a distinction, although lower classifications may still be considered competitively. Beyond academics, applicants should demonstrate relevant work experience, voluntary or community engagement, and strong leadership potential. Courses supported must align with the Trust’s developmental priorities. For medical and veterinary candidates, specific requirements such as internships or in-country postings must be completed before applying.
