These mentors work closely with founders throughout the six-month journey, offering strategic advice, accountability, and practical insights that help refine leadership skills and strengthen decision-making. This one-on-one guidance ensures that each organization receives tailored support that directly addresses its unique challenges and growth opportunities.

Beyond mentorship, the program provides a structured curriculum that helps enterprises clarify their long-term vision, strengthen their business models, and develop solid financial strategies. Founders learn how to improve operational efficiency, plan sustainable growth, and build clear roadmaps that align impact goals with revenue generation. The accelerator also places strong emphasis on investor readiness, helping participants craft compelling pitches, improve financial storytelling, and prepare the documentation and strategies needed to attract funders and partners.

Participants additionally benefit from joining a diverse global cohort of social entrepreneurs, creating opportunities for collaboration, shared learning, and cross-border partnerships. This international exposure often opens doors to new markets, networks, and funding sources while fostering a supportive community of like-minded changemakers working toward similar social impact goals.

To qualify for the accelerator, applicants must be senior leaders such as founders, CEOs, Executive Directors, or Managing Directors who are directly responsible for strategic decision-making within their organizations. Participants must be fluent in English or Spanish, have reliable internet access, and be comfortable using tools like Microsoft Excel since the program involves regular virtual meetings and financial planning exercises. The organization itself must be mission-driven and committed to delivering measurable social or environmental impact, particularly in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, including women’s economic power or climate resilience. Eligible enterprises must have been operational for at least one year, serving real customers or beneficiaries, and should generate at least $50,000 USD (or equivalent) in annual earned income rather than relying solely on grants. Additionally, the organization must maintain proper financial records and projections, employ at least three full-time staff or equivalent, and demonstrate at least three months of financial runway to show readiness for growth and scaling.
