Applicants must be nationals or legally recognized refugees in one of the Commonwealth countries. Those awarded the scholarship will receive full coverage for tuition, a living stipend for the duration of the program, round-trip airfare in economy class, a one-time settlement grant, and, if needed and approved, funding for research-related expenses.
