The Rotary Foundation, in partnership with IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, is offering Rotary Scholarships for Water and Sanitation Professionals for the 2026–2027 academic year.
This scholarship initiative seeks to strengthen global expertise in addressing water and sanitation challenges by supporting graduate students from developing and emerging economies who are committed to improving water management in their home countries.
Through this collaboration, selected candidates will pursue a Master of Science in Water and Sustainable Development at the IHE Delft campus in the Netherlands while gaining support from Rotary’s global network of professionals and community leaders.
Since the partnership began in 2012, nearly 200 scholarships have been awarded to students working to advance sustainable water solutions worldwide.
