Applications are open for the Young Leaders Fellowship 2026, a one-year fully funded leadership development programme designed for emerging leaders from the Global South who are committed to preventing violence against children in and through schools. The fellowship is organized by the Coalition for Good Schools and Raising Voices to equip young changemakers with the leadership skills, confidence, networks, and global exposure needed to influence policies and drive meaningful change in their communities. Fellows will participate in leadership development sessions, peer learning, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to international conversations on child protection and safe education. Selected fellows will participate in a fully funded one-year leadership programme featuring personalized leadership coaching, mentorship, peer learning, networking with experts and fellow changemakers, opportunities to contribute to global policy discussions, participation in conferences and seminars, and one in-person gathering during the fellowship. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be young leaders from countries in the Global South who are actively working to prevent violence against children in and through schools. Candidates should have a demonstrated commitment to this field through professional, voluntary, or community engagement and possess the potential to influence change within their organizations or communities. The fellowship welcomes individuals who are eager to learn from peers, collaborate across cultures, and contribute to shaping global conversations on safe and inclusive education. Eligible Countries
