Fully Funded To Denmark : Register For The Asia- Europe Training and Youth Summit 2025 in Copenhagen

The program begins with a 7-week online course on Science and Technology Diplomacy, running from 23 October to 4 December 2025. These sessions, which can be attended from home, will feature webinars and interactive workshops led by experts in the field. Participants will not only gain practical knowledge and skills but also have the chance to exchange ideas and collaborate with peers from different countries.

Those who successfully complete the virtual training will be invited to join the in-person Asia-Europe Youth Summit in Copenhagen from 15 to 18 December 2025. During this event, delegates will share their insights on science diplomacy and cooperation between Asia and Europe. It’s a valuable platform to grow professionally and connect with like-minded youth working in science, tech, and global affairs.

Selected applicants won’t be required to pay any registration or participation fees for either the virtual or in-person components of the program.

All major expenses—including travel, lodging, and meals during the summit in Copenhagen—will be fully covered.

By combining online sessions with an in-person experience, the program offers a dynamic and immersive learning journey.

Participants will also have the exciting opportunity to explore one of Europe’s most picturesque countries.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the ASEF Training and Youth Summit in Denmark, applicants should be in the early stages of their professional careers and no older than 35 years.

Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English are essential, along with fluency in the official language of their home country.

Eligible individuals should currently be working either as science or research managers involved in global science and technology, or as diplomats and public sector professionals focused on international cooperation and science diplomacy.

Applicants must also reside and work in one of the eligible partner countries across Asia and Europe. These include nations such as Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, and Pakistan, as well as many European countries like France, Germany, Denmark, the UK, Spain, and others listed under the ASEM partnership.
