FULLY FUNDED TO FRANCE : Apply for the France Embassy in Uganda Master’s Scholarships 2026/2027
Applications are now being accepted for the 2026/2027 Master's Scholarship Programme offered by the Embassy of France in Uganda. The initiative supports talented Ugandan graduates seeking to pursue a Master's degree at a recognized public university in France, with studies available in either English or French.
The scholarship aims to strengthen academic and professional capacity by enabling Ugandan students to access high-quality education in fields that contribute to national and global development.
Eligible Fields of Study
Applicants must pursue a Master's programme in one of the following areas:
- Sciences
- Agriculture
- Sustainable Development
- Environmental Studies
- Renewable Energy
- Tourism and Leisure Management
- Gender Studies
- Economics
- Engineering
- Business Administration
- Sports and Physical Education
Required Documents
Interested candidates should prepare the following:
- Motivation or cover letter
- Copy of a valid identification document
- Bachelor's degree certificate
- Proof of application or admission to a recognized French public university
Applicants who have not yet received an admission letter may submit evidence that their university application is underway. However, proof of admission will be required during the final stages of selection.
Application Process
All documents must be combined into a single PDF file and submitted by email.

- Notification of Selection Results: By 11 July 2026
Selection Procedure
Applications will first be reviewed by the Embassy of France in Uganda. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview before final scholarship decisions are made.
