Participants selected under the fully funded category will receive comprehensive support, including travel to Nairobi, accommodation, meals, and full participation in the sessions and events of the assembly. Beyond the financial support, this opportunity provides access to global networking platforms, interaction with senior policymakers, and the chance to directly contribute to shaping international climate and environmental policy. For those not selected for funding, self-funded places are also available, giving young people who can cover their costs the chance to still participate and benefit from this global platform.

Eligibility Criteria

The opportunity is open to young people from around the world who are passionate about climate action, environmental advocacy, and sustainable development. Applicants should demonstrate a proven track record of leadership in youth-led initiatives, climate activism, or policy engagement. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as participants will be expected to contribute to meaningful discussions and represent youth perspectives on critical environmental issues. While experience in international forums is an advantage, it is not a strict requirement, and motivated young changemakers are strongly encouraged to apply.
