FULLY FUNDED TO PARIS: Apply for the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program 2026

Applications are now open for the 2026 edition of the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program, an exceptional global initiative designed to mentor and uplift young women. Launched in 2017, the program builds on the heritage and values of Maison Dior to nurture talent and inspire the next generation of leaders. Over the years, it has supported more than 2,000 women from a wide range of academic disciplines, including business, engineering, fashion, hospitality, the arts, and international affairs. With participants representing nearly 90 nationalities and over 60 countries, the program has grown into a vibrant international network of women committed to personal growth and empowerment.

Those selected for the program gain access to enriching learning opportunities guided by visionary experts and distinguished speakers. Key themes such as women’s leadership and gender equality are explored in depth, giving participants the knowledge and confidence to build more responsible and inclusive futures. Each participant is paired with a dedicated Dior mentor who provides tailored support throughout the early steps of their career path. These pairings are carefully matched to ensure alignment in goals and personality, making the mentorship both transformative and deeply meaningful.

Collaboration and creativity sit at the heart of the program. Mentees take part in the “Dream for Change” initiative, working alongside peers to design projects that advance the empowerment of women and girls. These initiatives address real-world challenges, promote gender equity, and inspire long-term change within local communities. Participants also benefit from an advanced online learning platform offering exclusive courses, interviews, and resources on essential themes such as creativity, inclusion, self-awareness, and sustainable development. Conversations with leaders from LVMH, Dior, UNESCO, and other prominent institutions further enrich the experience.

The program also fosters a powerful sense of belonging, connecting mentees through both virtual and in-person gatherings. This shared journey culminates in the annual global conference held at UNESCO headquarters in Paris, where selected teams present their “Dream for Change” projects to an esteemed panel of experts. This event highlights the impact of women’s leadership worldwide and offers a space for innovative ideas to be recognized on a global stage.

It is important to note that the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program is not intended as a recruitment channel for internships or employment. Instead, it serves as a transformative platform for personal development, capacity-building, and leadership growth.

Participants gain immense value from the mentorship they receive, drawing on the expertise of Dior professionals who support them in defining their ambitions, expanding their networks, and strengthening their self-confidence. The customized nature of this guidance ensures that each mentee receives insights that genuinely contribute to their growth.

The educational component of the program offers access to more than 25 specialized courses led by respected academics and notable guest speakers. These courses equip participants with essential knowledge in areas such as autonomy, creativity, inclusion, sustainable development, and self-awareness. The program’s series of interviews provides additional inspiration, featuring reflections from industry leaders and global changemakers on topics related to leadership, diversity, and social impact.

Through participation in the “Dream for Change” project, mentees gain hands-on experience in turning ideas into tangible solutions that uplift women and girls. This collaborative work helps them apply what they have learned, sharpen their problem-solving skills, and make meaningful contributions within their communities.

Beyond skill-building, the program cultivates a global sisterhood that celebrates shared goals and achievements. The connections formed throughout the experience often extend far beyond the program, creating long-lasting support networks. The annual conference in Paris serves as a powerful finale, giving participants the opportunity to showcase their vision, engage with global leaders, and contribute to important conversations about women’s empowerment.

In every way, the 2026 Women@Dior & UNESCO Program aims to equip young women with the confidence, knowledge, and mentorship needed to lead with purpose while fostering positive change around the world.
