1. Age: 18 years or older
2. Nationality: Journalists from South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe
3. Language: Fluency in English


*Professional Eligibility*

1. Full-time journalists or regular contributors
2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in journalism
3. Currently working for a media organization or as a freelance journalist


*Education and Qualifications*

1. Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field (desired)
2. Relevant certifications or training in journalism (desired)


*Technical Requirements*
