Applications are open to young people across Europe for the ESC Teams Volunteering Project with the System and Generation Association (S&G) in Ankara, Türkiye. The program will run from 10 October to 10 November 2025, offering participants the chance to contribute to meaningful community initiatives while gaining international experience.

About the Program

Volunteers will engage in a wide variety of activities, ranging from community support and office assistance to project development. This includes:

Supporting NGO management, event organization, and networking.
Assisting with communication tasks like social media updates, website content, and contributing to YouthTelegraph, S&G’s youth magazine.
Participating in community-focused projects such as Helping Hands for Refugees, activities in schools and kindergartens, and working with Disabled Service Centres.
Contributing to environmental initiatives based on the 7Rs: Rethink, Reuse, Repair, Re-gift, Reduce, Refuse, Recycle.
Leading Conversation Clubs and supporting intercultural exchange activities.

Program Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

- Young people aged 18–30 from eligible ESC countries (including Albania, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Poland, Spain, Türkiye, Ukraine, and many more).
- Applicants should have at least a basic level of English, be open-minded, responsible, and motivated to volunteer.
- Must not have previously completed a long-term EVS or ESC project (short-term participation is fine).
