Eligible countries therefore include all sovereign states in Africa, such as Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Egypt, Rwanda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Senegal, Morocco, and others across East, West, Central, North, and Southern Africa.
