Applications are open for the  VV Engage Fellowship 2026, a fully funded 10-month leadership program designed to support women public leaders who are making an impact in politics, governance, civic leadership, policy, and advocacy spaces around the world. The fellowship aims to strengthen women’s participation in public leadership while promoting collaboration, gender equality, transparency, and progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 5 on Gender Equality. Fellows will participate in intensive leadership training, governance and political strategy sessions, and strategic communications workshops delivered in partnership with the Council of Women World Leaders and professors from Harvard Kennedy School.  

The program is intended for women leaders who already hold influence in public or civic spaces and want to expand their leadership capacity and global networks. Participants will also join the wider Vital Voices network of more than 49,000 women leaders worldwide and gain long-term access to alumni engagement opportunities and continued learning resources.
