The organizing team invites young people from across the world to apply for this transformative experience focused on the future of sustainable energy. The application period runs from October 13 to October 27, 2025.

Interested individuals can submit their applications through the official Student Energy Summit website during the application window. Each submission will undergo a careful review based on the event’s selection criteria, with particular attention to diversity and global representation. While there is no cap on the number of delegates per country, efforts will be made to ensure participants come from a wide range of backgrounds and regions.

Applicants will be required to answer two written questions that highlight their motivation and personal contributions to sustainability. In addition, they will need to share a 60-second video introducing themselves in a meaningful way and upload a CV or résumé of no more than two pages. These materials will help the selection team understand each applicant’s unique story, perspective, and potential impact within the SES 2026 community.

Successful applicants will gain access to all official sessions, including plenaries and workshops led by experts in the energy sector. They will also benefit from four nights of accommodation in Manaus, all meals during the summit, networking opportunities, social activities, and a delegate kit.

The organizers aim to make participation as inclusive as possible by working toward covering registration fees for general delegates. However, financial aid cannot be guaranteed at this stage. Participants residing in Manaus may qualify for discounted or waived fees. Those facing financial barriers are strongly encouraged to apply and express their needs in the application form so that suitable support options can be explored.
