Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should have completed at least an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification by the end of 2026. Candidates are generally expected to have little or no formal work experience after graduation, making the programme ideal for recent graduates beginning their professional careers.

Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance, with a minimum aggregate score of 65% in completed or most recent academic results. Candidates should possess qualities such as communication skills, problem-solving ability, innovation, resilience, flexibility, digital awareness, teamwork, and customer-focused thinking.
