Selected trainees will benefit from a comprehensive learning experience in a dynamic, international climate policy environment. The role offers the chance to work directly on communications for COP30, providing invaluable exposure to global climate negotiations and stakeholder engagement. This traineeship is ideal for recent graduates, students in their final year of study, or early-career professionals who have a strong interest in climate policy, sustainability, or communications. Applicants should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with Finnish considered an asset. Candidates should be motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently while contributing to team efforts. While prior experience in communications or climate-related fields is an advantage, a passion for climate leadership and international collaboration is the most important requirement.
