Applications are open for the 2025 edition of the Rising Talents program, an initiative that has, since 2007, been spotlighting outstanding women under the age of 40 who are making waves in both public and private sectors. The program identifies individuals who are on track to becoming influential leaders in their fields and across society. To date, over 270 exceptional women from around the world have joined this network, including Nobel Prize winners, scientists, and top executives like Alyse Nelson, CEO of Vital Voices, and Christel Heydemann, CEO of Orange.

They are looking for women under 40 who demonstrate exceptional leadership, resilience, and achievement in their professional and personal paths. Ideal candidates are those who drive positive change within their communities, workplaces, and beyond. Applicants should be deeply committed to social impact, passionate about giving back, and interested in actively engaging with the Women’s Forum network. An international outlook and fluent English are essential, as is a readiness to represent the Forum on global platforms.

There is no application or participation fee, and selected candidates will receive complimentary access to all related resources and events. However, travel expenses to the Global Meeting in Paris are not covered. Any questions can be directed to flavio.conesa@womens-forum.com.
