Job Title: Partnerships and Programs Manager (PPM)

Reporting to: Managing Director

Location: Remote working with meetings in GMT and EAT

Contract Type:Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain partnerships with donors, NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders to support SEED Madagascar's mission and programs.

2. Program Management: Oversee the implementation of projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.

3. Grant Writing and Fundraising: Lead efforts to secure funding through grant writing, fundraising campaigns, and donor relations, while maintaining accountability and transparency.

4. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives to advance SEED Madagascar's impact and sustainability.

5. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of programs, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

6. Capacity Building: Provide guidance and support to staff and partners in project management, proposal writing, and reporting, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
