Applications are open for the Global Ambassador Council 2025–2027, the official international youth leadership body of Plant-for-the-Planet. This is a unique and impactful opportunity for passionate young individuals aged 23 and under who are committed to climate justice, ecosystem restoration, and global youth advocacy.

The Global Ambassador Council brings together exceptional young leaders from different regions of the world who are ready to take bold action and represent the voice of youth in international spaces. Council members serve as regional representatives and play a key role in amplifying the work of young climate advocates globally. They collaborate on projects that address climate change and environmental degradation while promoting meaningful youth participation in global decision-making processes.

Selected ambassadors will gain the opportunity to design, lead, or contribute to international climate justice initiatives. With the backing of a well-established international foundation, they will receive the support, visibility, and tools needed to scale their personal and collective impact. Council members may also be invited to attend major global events, including high-level United Nations climate conferences and international youth gatherings, allowing them to network with global leaders and policy influencers.

This is more than a leadership role—it is a powerful platform for emerging changemakers to connect with a vibrant global community, advocate for urgent environmental action, and be part of a growing movement committed to reforesting the planet and restoring ecosystems.

Applications and nominations are open until August 30, 2025. Young leaders who are passionate about creating a more sustainable and equitable future are encouraged to apply or nominate a peer who fits the criteria.
