Climate Cardinals is on a mission to equip young people and the global majority—comprising over 6.5 billion non-English speakers—with the tools and knowledge to lead in climate action. With a vibrant network of 16,000 volunteers spread across 134 countries, they are dedicated to breaking language barriers by translating essential climate information into 105 languages, fostering local climate education efforts, and producing multilingual campaigns that inspire climate advocacy.

Those stepping into director roles will have the opportunity to manage budgets in the five-figure range and cultivate partnerships with leading organizations such as the United Nations, Twitter, Google, and National Geographic. They are currently inviting new leaders to join their executive team, with opportunities to take charge of areas including social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), community building, technology development, research, financial management, communications, educational initiatives, climate engagement, and team development.
