Applications for the 2025-2027 academic cycle are now open. Prospective students are encouraged to review the Mundus MAPP Admissions Calendar for important upcoming deadlines.

The Mundus MAPP Consortium is supported by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union, and the Erasmus Mundus (EMJM) scholarship will be available to exceptional candidates from both inside and outside the EU.

Admissions for the Mundus MAPP program are managed centrally by Central European University Private University (CEU PU). The evaluation of candidates is conducted collaboratively by all four universities in the consortium. It’s important to note that only applications submitted through CEU PU, following the specific process outlined below, will be considered. Direct applications to other Mundus MAPP universities, aside from CEU PU, are not accepted.

Applicants must complete an online application form, which is accessible through the link provided. Those applying exclusively to Mundus MAPP do not need to pay the CEU application fee, unless they also apply for other programs at CEU.

Candidates can only apply for one of the following mobility tracks: the CEU PU-IBEI track, which focuses on Global Public Policy; the CEU PU-York track, specializing in European Public Policy; the ISS-IBEI track, which covers Political Economy and Development; or the ISS-York track, specializing in Governance and Development.
